What if my package is wrong?
If we made a mistake with your order, then please contact our support team at [firstname.lastname@example.org]. If you received an incorrect item please provide an image of the incorrect item, as well as an image of the incorrect item with your packaging slip.
We can then provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within seven days of delivery. Any claims beyond the seven days will be considered wear and tear and will not be replaced.
Do your products have a warranty?
We have a seven day warranty for all of our products. We must be notified within seven days of you receiving the product(s) of any defects or issues with the order. Anything beyond the seven days will be considered wear and tear, and not eligible for replacement or reimbursement. We will be happy to treat a defect situation case by case. Do you restock products?
We generally do not restock our products. We will release the same styles in new colors or release new styles altogether. We like to keep our products limited! There are a few circumstances where we will restock the same item twice, and if we do, we will make an announcement. How do I become a sponsored athlete?
Grizzly Athletics is not seeking any athletes at this time. We do not have athlete forms to fill out. All current Grizzly Athletes are approached by Grizzly Athletics directly. Communication or emails from individuals requesting to become sponsors or ambassadors may be closed without any response.
Where is my package?
All domestic orders within the US are shipped via USPS. Packages generally take three to five business days, and the final delivery will be made by USPS to your mailbox or doorstep. Ground takes about one to four business days from the time it leaves the Grizzly Athletics Headquarters. Once you receive your initial email confirmation, our next step is to print and package your merchandise. At this time, your package is only being prepared for shipment. Please allow one to two business days during launch weeks. Orders will not be shipped during holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, and Independence Day), they will be shipped the following business day.
If your order shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please double check with your neighbors, your mailbox, with any reception or front desk, and with your local post office. Some USPS orders are delivered a few days after the item is scanned as delivered, so you may want to wait a few days to pass. If you have looked in all of these places, and still have not received the parcel, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] so we may assist you.
Grizzly Athletics is NOT responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.
Our main goal is to make sure our consumers are receiving high quality products worth their money. Here at Grizzly Athletics, quality is our main concern, and that is why we go through multiple clothing samples to make sure the quality is worth the price tag. Here at Grizzly Athletics we want to make sure your package is safe and secured. We make sure we pack our products correctly to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. We have a small team of individuals that hand pack every package to make sure it gets to your doorstep on time and unharmed. At Grizzly Athletics we strictly only use your information for business purposes. We only use your address to know where we need to ship your package. We only use your Credit Card or PayPal information to make sure you are paying for the product and to make sure we get your payment before we send the product to your doorstep. We will never use your information for anything other than completing the transaction between you and us.
We do not offer any wholesale products.
We accept many options of Credit and Debit Cards as well as PayPal payments.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Our warranty policy lasts seven days after the order is delivered to you. If seven days have passed from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange your product.
If the package returned does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you (regardless of if it is being returned for a refund or for an exchange).
If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request, we will refund you for that item.
We cannot ship returned items back if exchanges cannot be fulfilled.
Exchange requests can only be made for products of equal or lesser value per item being returned. If you request an item that is of a higher value than the item being returned, we will refund you for the item or items that were sent for exchange.
Exchanges can only be made for the same quantity of items being exchanged. Combinations of products cannot be requested to equal the value of a single item being returned.
Please return the item in the same condition it was sent in.
All items being returned must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
Items covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted.
Items that have strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, have deodorant markings, or other stains will NOT be accepted.
We do NOT accept returns for items that were purchased on sale.
If you return an item, the original shipping cost is NOT refunded.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges after seven days have past since the delivery date.
Once your return reaches our facility it may take five to seven business days for your return to be processed during a normal business wave. If it is during a launch period for us, please allow eight to ten business days for the team to process your return accordingly. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.
For refunds, the item(s) credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for your exchange order!
If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within three to five business days of you being notified via email.
